Facsimile/Reference Ballots are available in Spanish, Filipino, Vietnamese, Chinese, Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, Hmong, Indonesian, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Lao, Somali, and Thai. In addition, hardcopy Facsimile/Reference Ballots are available at all vote centers in San Diego County.
